I read about that part and still don't see what does have anything to do with the title 'which celebs are nasty in real life', yes, he was racist and was violent WHEN HE WAS A KID, what does that have to do with things right now? if he did those things right now I would have agreed with you 100% but to judge him base on something that happens 30 years ago when he was a kid it's just stupid

If we're going by the "what you've heard" part, I'll say that I've never heard anything positive about Steven Seagal. I liked some of his movies, but everything I've heard about him indicates that he's pretty full of himself, treated everyone else on set like shit, constantly ran his mouth about how he could kick anyone's ass, and is generally a huge dick in real life.

And of course I'll +1 on Keanu Reeves being cool, as far as I've heard. I've never heard anything negative about him.

Otherwise...one of my friends briefly (at a con or something; I forget details) met Laurence Fishburne in the early 2000's and said he seemed cool. That's about all I've got here.

Yeah but the flip side is the news in general doesn’t print retractions or follow ups if they’re not negative, or they bury it. Bale went up to the guy at the end of the day and apologized and I think had a few drinks or dinner with him, can’t remember that part, but it doesn’t get the same play. This was sorted out well before it was leaked.

You seem to be having some reading comprehension issues, so let me try to spell it out for you a bit more. Yes the absolutely horrific things he did were when he was a teenager. He also waited until he was 45 years old to apologize to the man he viciously attacked and blinded, and he only did so when he was seeking a pardon.

If he had really changed as an adult and was truly sorry for what he did, why the hell did he wait so long to apologize to the man, and only did so when it would have helped himself get something he wanted? So yeah, he is a nasty fucking adult as well.
