1660ti laptop or invest in gtx2060 and above?

So I'm in the hunt this week to get a laptop that will run most games at 60fps, I'm pretty sure I won't run the games in 4k but I won't exlude it that I want to try it. And I came down to either these three cards; 1660ti, gtx2060 or the gtx 2070 qmax. I don't mind bulky size. My plan was to buy one with a i5, or i7 if the price is right for the latter.
But then I read that the 1660ti doesn't support raytracing or the new DLSS 2.0 that was announced earlier this year.

Should I just get a 1660ti laptop with an i5, or save up some more to get the new features on the others later?

That depends.. Do you want to use raytracing? If you don't then there's no reason to invest in it. If you want to, then there's no reason buying something that doesn't support it.
