Personally, I do it myself 2-3 times a week, according to a program that was once developed for me by my trainer.
I really like running in the morning, I also do different kinds of cardio, not only running, strength exercises with weights.
Also, I don't know if you can call it a full sport, but the guys and I like to get together and play here.
Also, we all rarely play basketball together, it's really not very often, but it's really fun and we have a good time together.

I recently competed in a cricket competition and took home a prize, but as a sportsman I also enjoy football, therefore I recently acquired a track suit with a print of a Massie portrait from a bad bunny merchandise shop.
Not played sports in my adulthood... so during my school years I used to be an avid swimmer and athlete taking part in competitions representing the school. That was way back in the early 90s.
