Black Friday need advice - premade Pc and new monitor

TLDR just got back to SL(haven’t played since Cata) have a old laptop, looking to treat myself. Budget about 1200-1300. Prefer to stay on Amazon for financing if possible. Can I do better than these choices? Thanks!

And ibuypower have failed on customer service both times.

Maingear tends to be what the viewers prefer, with okay performance, and FANTASTIC customer service

Between me and my friends we've bought somewhere around 6 different PC's from them, never had any issues.

Now these were all custom built options so I will admit I'm not sure how they are on the prebuilt front. I've also never bought one of their systems through a third party either so not sure if that makes much of a difference.

Based on price + individual parts they normally use I would have little issue using them again.
