Warrior is the only melee with no baseline stun

Yeah, that's actually not such a bad thing. The problem's that taking that stun comes at the expense of mobility, which feels like you are gimping yourself either way.
Would that it were a pure CC row or a pure mobility row.

Not every melee has the ability to jump/charge all over the place.

Paladin's and Death Knights would happily give up their stun for Charge or Heroic Leap.

Glad you have to talent into stun when you have charge / leap and a slow to connect, when you have a physical AE fear / intervene and banner to peel, not including spell reflect / ignore pain in order to survive. Warrior is probably the most versatile melee class in the game right now, it definitely doesn't need another charge coming with baseline stormbolt, lol.

Actually, the current version of Raise Dead for Frost and Blood will use Gnaw. Also Feral has Maim.

Plus sure you need to talent into Storm Bolt, but it's purely better than Asphyxiate for example.
