Conquest Vendor

I´m the only one who can´t see the weapons the vendor offers? i´m a Monk and a lot of other Monks can´t see them 2.. any other class out there?

You need to complete the achieve "forge by conquest" which is 5000 conquest points gathered in order to "unlock" weapons
