Too Small
Gets too hot in the summer and I don't like air conditioners.
Kitchen was built in 1981...and it shows. I'm not sure what my countertops are made of... but I now understand my mother's obsession with avoiding watermarks. =D
one day... one day... *eyes the sledgehammer*

Same type deal. Built in the 70's and its not bad but the popcorn cancer ceiling is always a fear.
Fate is one you forge with your own two hands.

That I gotta have bars on my windows!
People can hear me walking on the top floor above them. I've lived in a bungalow since I was a veryu young kid, so I'm not used to it
I've lived at my current house for about 4 years I think
I don't play WoW anymore smh.
The bank expects me to pay them money every month for the next 20 years to keep it
The pool is a bit smaller than I like.
WoW players are all trash? M+ leavers? Pug raid fails? You don't have stuff to do? WoW has become a solo player game for you? People don't talk anymore? Everyone's toxic? I have a simple solution, just for you!

details. I love the bones of the house, the layout is great, but there are some details that I really want to replace... and cannot afford to just yet. like wall to wall carpeting for example (I'm leaning towards replacing it with marmoleum, eventually, seems like a good option for a floor that can handle a dog unlike hardwood but not as cold or expensive as stone tile). Or very weird kitchen cabinets. they are usable. but only just.
its livable, but it still annoys me a bit.
edited to add. almost forgot. out above ground pool. originally I was so excited that the house came with one, but its a lot more of a money sink to maintain in usable condition than I realized and too small to properly swim in. and it also costs money to remove it, so we are basically stuck with it for time being. so its now covered up and we haven't opened it in years.

There's no dog in it.
Will be at least 11 more months until I can finally start the process of bringing home my purebred Rottweiler puppy. Upside: It gives 11 more months of saving up.
Other than that, rental housing where I live is very high standard and also gives some freedom like putting up a fence etc, so I'm happier in this apartment than I've ever been before.
need more space, trying to double the size of it now if I can find a decent contractor, cause i love the area and don't want to move.
