I was once in great shape, now im a 39 year old dad bod that cant stand his gut but likes bacon enough to say to hell with it. I have a wife hotter than I deserve and live a pretty simple life. That being said I can still enjoy what I see in the mirror. To me its more about mindset than actual physical appearance.
