like what i say, but still. the wowhead is stilling giving a shit guide. even, simulation craft is giving a wrong rotation about the ES Judgement build, that leads to even at stats weights, nothing is correct.

Execution Sentence judgement (kyrian divine toll with ringings clarity). Since it's the paladin forum, it's a reasonable assumption.
I don't pvp but i'm assuming a bursty pvp spec for one shotting people. Is it good for pve too?

Simcrafts are only as good as the people who write them. If you're sure they're problematic, I'd reach out to the leader of the paladin discord or whomever is responsible for writing it and filling them in. They're only human, hard to know the perfect setup for every niche build.
