Taelia, the character was pretty much just introduced for that very purpose. Tess may be a backup, but if they wanted to use her they could have done so ages ago. Wrathion is just a literal kid dragon that the sicko shippers have turned into gay porn fantasies aimed at sexually frustrated middle aged women. Jaina is too old and he sees her as his aunt, unless Blizzard goes for the long-lived route for both of them to make them essentially a superman-wonderwoman like couple in a few decades/centuries.

Genn really wanted him to make a baby in the book that lead into BFA. To be honest, I think Anduin is bi. He seems to have genuine affection for Baine and Wrathion but he also likes girls. The safe bet is to say Taelia or no one. I still hope it is Wrathion.
