You still pushing this bullshit?
So what you are saying is if Shalcker Inc decided to create a site with AWS services, and Shalcker Inc started hosting CP......They have to allow Shalcker to continue hosting CP for 30 days before they can shut it off?
How about something less illegal like posting people's stolen CC info site? Gotta let them continue to make money selling stolen CC info for 30 days!!!! ???
I can go down to misdemeanors like selling weed/drugs in states where its not legal if you want? Amazon has to allow them to continue to sell weed for 30 days!!!! ???
Have you ever actually read a contract before?
I mean standard language allows them to pull the plug on a lot of shit instantly. Does not even just apply to AWS.
Again this is standard contract language in AWS contract. This is the stuff they cut and paste that has been around for decades.

Nah its standard service language that gives them a lot of leeway.
They do not even need to prove that there was illegal activities.
"we have the right to refuse service". All business have this right as long as it does not impact a "protected class" and is directed solely at that protected class (like women or a particular race)

Wrong, wrong and wrong again
That is why the main crux of amazon's termination was that Parler had no ability to police their own service, on top of the fact they often bragged about not doing it anyway.
Parler even admits to tens of thousands of reports in backlog for moderation for illegal and threatening information posted on their service
