Spirit Bomb vs Soul Cleave

Soo .. i read some stuff but there is a lot of pre-patch and speculation in it.
The question now is this.

If i play the spirit bomb/kyrian-build with the sigil legendary... do i use soul cleave just to dump fury or do i use spirit bomb for debuff and then go for soul cleave?

i feel like there is no proper guide on it online. if you have something feel free to let me know.
i did check icy veins and method guides :/
