Speculation: No 9.3?

No, there has not been an announcement about a delay.

We would never get official info about patch delay, cause unlike launch we learn patch date last minute. But I would say no patch in Q1 (so by the end of March) would be clear sign of some kind of delay.

I'm soo confused. They can't just not release a .3 patch can they...?

Only time it happened was in WoD where they clearly abandoned the expansion. Unless disaster strikes, it seems very doubtful they'll do the same for SL. BfA got a .3 patch, so did Cata, Shadowlands has a 99.9% chance of getting one.
