Yes there is and it involves Echoing Shock talent, Elemental Equilibrium legendary (although Windspeaker's Lava Resurgence legendary works fine too) and timing your Stormkeeper insta-cast Lightning Bolts with timing your Primordial Wave insta-cast Lava Bursts.

Skyfury Totem > Stormkeeper > Primordial Wave > Echoing Shock > Lava Burst > Lightning Bolt x2 > GG.

Casting lavaburst and Earthshock inbetween 2x Lighning bolt for 15% more dmg. (Unless you get LoS ofc)

Doesn't sound like much burst to me.
