Cooldown addon

So what I'm looking for is an addon that will pop up a spell icon in the middle of the screen once the cooldown on that spell is finished.

I assume WeakAuras can do this but I'm looking for something more lightweight that doesn't make me learn how to configure every single spell.
I also tried to find some Weak Auras but they show a bunch of other stuff, I just need an icon that pops up for like 1 second on the screen showing me the spell can be used again.

I don't personally use it myself but TellMeWhen is another option that looks to have decent customisability.

Tellmewhen is good. I use it. You can change the icons size, location, icon and even give it a sound to play.
