what are the optimal graphical settings used by pros in esports? just like in starcraft 2 im sure they tweak it similar in overwatch, downgrading graphics for better clarity and performance

is there like a known setting for that?

Here is the one that all the people I play with that are "serious" recommend. But I am not super "serious" myself so it could be off.
