Ahh this isn't entirely correct. You would get 226 options from the Vault for doing a +14. Sure, it's only one per week, but it aint that much worse than the current state of conquest cap.

The thing about that is that the vault 226 piece is still random. With your conquest gear you can pick the piece you want to focus on next when the cap increases again. The vault you can get 5 pants in a row for 5 weeks of nothing really. The more gear you have, the higher the odds of duplicates where with conquest its a steady, albeit slow, pace. With the conquest cap eventually you will get full gear, M+ just takes a lot lot lot longer even with the vault.
