2H or DW for Frost PVP

Hey guys,

I'm new to DKs and only started playing Frost for PVP about 2-3 weeks ago. I can't find any up to date info on whether 2H or DW is better as its all from pre release data.

At the moment, I have a 200ilvl 2H but just got a 220ivl 1 hander in the vault so was thinking of switching if its viable.

Does anyone have any current data on how the two compare?

I know that 2h better for pvp cause you'll have higher burst during your obliteration window.

I can't help you with your ilvl question though because I'm wondering the same. I have a 197 2h, but a 216/210 1hs.

I currently have a 184 2H and 184/184 1H. I have tried both with the obliteration build and seem to be doing better with 2H.

I believe this will be due to the higher burst the 2H offers compared to the sustained damage from DWing.
