Spectral Sight bug

Hi everyone, I've having a problem with this spell at least since the start of the year. Everytime I use spectral sight I can see the enemy player and can select them but I'm not able to use any kind of spell. When I press the spell, felblade, for example, what happens is that the animation of spectral sight ends and the opponent becomes visible but then I have to target him again. I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue.

I can target them, but what I've been encountering with the spectral sight conduit is that if I get attacked or use an attack it doesn't let me see them for 5 more seconds like it claims to do.
