I'm unable to compete with other dps outside of cooldowns.

Can I get some advice please? I am able to open at the top of the dps charts and while that feels good, once AW/Trinket/Seraphim go off cooldown I quickly collapse to the bottom of the charts, something is seriously wrong this is great for pvp but sucks for pve, it feels horrible when the rotation slows down and all you've got is consecrate and crusader doing paltry damage. Any ideas?

Also, I was researching stat priorities and I am confused, one site recommends haste while the other crit, they are completely reversed!?
