No idea what browser you're using, it's there in Firefox. Have you tried logging in? You can use the developer tools to right click and inspect the element, in Firefox it's called "Inspect Element". Expand to look at the subelements. It should appear as an svg element with some path definitions inside defining the shape.
Another possibility is your adblocker is filtering it out.

I use Firefox. It also happens in Google Chrome.

Why do you panic because of that?
It's either a local problem from your side and your blockers, or YT is doing some changes to the platform and one of the commits broke it. Either way, chill.
It's only gone on Youtube Home (youtube.com). The logo appears on videos though.
I did the Right click > Inspect Element thing.
It opens the Developer Tools.
I am not a coder geek so I don't know what any of this means.
How do I put the code back so the Youtube logo appears on Youtube Home again (youtube.com)?

I guess they moved the logo to the top of the side bar. What you see is most likely the remnant of the old placement.
It will fix itself soon. Why does it bother you this much...

I thought you said you tried that to no avail. Anyway if it is that you could try going into adblocker settings and download updated filter lists. Or better still, reinstall the adblocker completely with the latest version as it can and does happen that some adblocker versions are unintentionally overzealous and don't get patched till later.

I tried both opening Firefox in a Private Window and opening Google Chrome in an Incognito window and Youtube.com Home is okay: the youtube logo and hamburger button are both present.
It is just when opening Firefox or Google Chrome in a regular window (Not using private windows, Not using incognito windows).
I think it is my ublock origin adblocker that is blocking the element or something.
---
I click my ublock origin in my firefox. Could it be one of them that is blocking the element? (See screenshot.)
--- ANOTHER UPDATE:
I've disabled the ublock origin adblocker and restarted my pc.
But still to no avail.
I guess I have to live with no youtube.com home logo in the top left (screenshot)
I re-enabled my ublock origin now (because i can't stand the in-video ads Youtube has now lol.)
I am still currently googling a fix for this.

There's no need to disable the entire addon, just click that big blue power switch icon to disable/enable it for the site you're on then refresh.
If you wanna see any filters you've added click the Open Dashboard cogs in the bottom right above the version number. Under My Filters and My Rules you'll see the default filters plus any you've added. If you wanna restore the whole addon to default that's under Settings at the bottom.

If it works in private browsing it might be a cookie issue or corrupted cache, could try clearing those in Options - Privacy & Security, if you don't mind being logged out of everywhere.

It's there for me, running ublock on Firefox.
Maybe they removed it for you because you're using lightmode? (Only partly joking, who uses light mode in 2021?)
This thread is the emotional equivalent of watching bitcoin rise/fall.
Amazing how people give enough of a shit to post that they don't give a shit. Go post your memes in GenOT where nobody gives a shit about hardly any of it.
