Did they buff pet damage ? I can't find it mentioned anywhere.

I might be crazy, but I think my pet's damage is scaling off shadow embrace and haunt

Don't have an answers to your first question, but I think the "X Year Member" only changes once you reach certain numbers of years, so it won't change until you reach the next milestone. I could be wrong about that though

Why not, my warlock is just an alt i don't seek to optimize every element of my play to be honest. It's not like i'm raiding mythic or doing high mythic plus on anything.
