I had one of each class at 50 and two warriors. I started leveling the two warriors (one for Venthyr and one for Necrolords) but quickly got consumed with only playing my main (venthyr warrior). I've attempted leveling my priest, warlock, DK and druid but I get burnt out on the leveling very quickly. So they're all scattered between 51-57. Someday I'll finish them but I think I'll wait for flying.

you can. but with the horrible attitude of the community you wont actually be able to. My Rogue is 205 ilvl and doesnt get invited to anything above a +3. Hell, my main is a 221 ilvl WW monk with all +14s done, 6/10 mythic, and I cant get invited into any +15s. And no I cant do my own keys, cause every time I run my own it gets burned. I had a SLs keystone master DH tank who, in a 13, caused us 22 deaths before the first boss.

I take 180-190s to +4/5/6/7 all the time, so im really not sure why people say a 200+ character cant or wont get invited to something like a +3. Maybe just bad luck?

I got a Warrior up, a Priest up, and my Hunter up. Burned out till new content.

I haven't leveled anything aside from my main so far. I just don't feel like it's worth it. I'll probably do so once flying becomes available. I just don't feel like trying to worry about leveling more than 1 sanctum at a time let alone keeping up on renown especially since I know catchup mechanics will pick up a lot in later patches.

I thought so as well for the first 2 days, but when I went 2 weeks with no invites, I gave up and quit my rogue. About to quit m+ on my main as well since I can't get into anything 13 or higher now. Really wanted the keystone mount, but that wont be happening.

Im interested in why you think your keys keep getting burned? Inviting the "wrong" people? People not performing? Do you feel there is anything you can do about it?

Obviously you could find some friends / acquaintances to run with, which would help, or the usual guild stuff, but obviously thats not your jam, so is there anything outside that that you think would help? Do you focus on ilvl or R.io?

So.....11 times is the cap for things you dont like?

When the servers where horrible overloaded and the experience in all zones was shit, I spent a lot of time just running toon after toon through that shit, just so it was done. The way I looked at it I wasnt enjoying the experience outside the maw either, due to crippling world lag, so i might as well get some "work" done.

I gave an example earlier why. Invited a Key master DH tank, with multiple +15s done, and he caused us 20+ deaths before the first boss in HoA in a +13 and burned my key.

Right but you said it was a common occurrence, and because of this you wouldn't use your own keys. I'm guessing you don't have any answers for the other questions I asked?

I have a dh, priest, druid, and rogue at lv60 and a shaman at lv54. I also have another 3 toons at lv50 being a warlock, dk, and mage.

none of my other 11 chars. i am an altoholic since day 1. but Legion and BfA killed any fun with alts deep in my soul. and in SL i see no reason/fun for doing again the same fucked up Covenant (just with another style and color), Anima, Thorgast, Adventure, 1 million campaign quests, whatever shit.

i solely played my druid, lost interest and stopped. SL is not mine. its Legion 3.0 for me. instead i now slowly level a char in Classic, to be ready for TBC. my best descision in WoW since years.

dont get me wrong: SL do a lot of things in that regards better than BfA and Legion. but in the end of the day it feels just „more of the same“ to me and i am done with that type of game design. since i am obviously not done with WoW after 16 years of uninterupted being subbed and playing, i now play that char, i never played when Vanilla, TBC, Wotlk and Cata were actual.

in my opinion, actual game design simply no longer supports alts as part of the game. the game is designed with 1 main char in mind (because for most ppl this is true). even when Blizz tried it hard and did the best of both worlds in SL. in old game design PvP and playing Alts was like a part of the game, simply by the fact that there was nothing else. i liked playing alts in that times. today it is just utterly pointless and horrible.

for me it is going like this:

    old game design:
i have done raids and stuff on this char. many hours left. fine. switch to alt.

    new game design:
finally i have all that weekly treadmill stuff done. Thorgast check. Cov check. Anima check. Vault check... now playing my alt for that few hours rest of my sparse time? GOD NO!

playing my „alt“ in classic just works better for me, than playing some alts in SL.

Hunter, Druid, Priest, Shaman, Demon Hunter, Paladin to 60. Monk at 59.

I can't be arsed to grind anima so I refuse to interact with the grindy clusterfuck of end game systems. Months of grinding for a slightly different colour outfit? Fuck off.

    5 Locks, Pala, Hunter, Mage

Hunter, Warrior, Shaman, and Druid all with different covenants that I can do the features on. DK just got there. The rest (one each of the remaining classes) are past the maw intro but I won't get to most of them for a bit.

Levelled a warlock to 60 first, then dk to 60 because we lost our only dk in our roster. Would not have levelled an alt if I didn't need to because the Maw intro is terrible, levelling zones are dull and uninteresting and I simply cannot be fucked.

Raid logging atm and playing D2/Classic wow till TBC classic/9.1 comes out.

It's actually not bad, I prefer to raid log than be engaged in hamster-wheel AP grinding/RNG casino titanforging.

I do miss playing my alts, though, but not enough to go through the whole process again

That would be zero. I got my main (warrior) up to 60, started working on my druid, and got so bored I couldn't go on.

I am honestly surprised at myself for leveling none. I entered shadowlands with nearly everyone at 50, and have only leveled my new main.

Currently have a grand total of one capped alt. There's plenty to do on my main alone, so my level 50 alts will likely remain mount farm slaves for a good while.
