When did I first realize I was old?

I saw a woman who was an adult wearing a sweatshirt that said, "Class of 2000" and I asked if that was when she graduated. She said yes.
I walked away and thought I am fucking old. I feel like 2000 just happened.
Not too long after when the Switch first came out a coworker was asking me about it for her kids. She said she had the first original Nintendo when she was young. I said I did as well. Several of my old class mates got married and kids, and getting hand pain (RSI-like pains) from sitting "wrong" and playing for some hours.

when i realized that my energy levels are not what they used to be.
finding what seems like a new gray hair at least once a week now.
when my knees and my back started to randomly bothering me.
when grown up people are talking about their childhood experiences and mention things i have encountered in my thirties.

When I realized I wasn't with it anymore.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to you, too.

There was an actual moment that I remember. I was in my early 30s and in a club with friends. I was standing there with a drink watching the crowd, when it struck me that most others in there looked at least 10 years younger then me, in their late teens and early 20s. I had a melancholic "that was me, once" kind of feeling and after that I felt awkward and out of place.

I'm in my early 30's
Everyone around me has kids. Multiple at that. I have a few grey hairs in my beard. I just want my peace. I catch myself having trouble doing things like I used to do them.
I'm freaking old. Like, ancient. I'm basically a mummy by now. As I grow even older the only thing that awaits me is turning into dust.
