Stormkeeper for Enhance is Currently bugged in a Favorable Way

Not sure if there is already a post but as of now, this is how stormkeeper is working.

Stormkeeper itself
1. Stormkeeper (the cast) has a cast time
2. This cast time can be lowered by maelstrom stacks (does consume)
3. The consumed stacks do NOT count for Hailstrom

Machine Gun LB
1. While stormkeeper is active, your LB cast time and power will be impacted by the number of maelstrom stacks you have
2. So if you have over 5, you will have full powered, instant LB casts
3. These do not consume maelstrom
4. The only limit to how many you can fire off is your GCD haste and the buff time of Stormkeeper aura
5. Focused Lightning does NOT buff this (probably due to stacks not being consumed)

So.. have fun! Get some high parses tonight or something. This actually helps ST damage, which the current iteration of SK shouldn't.

This will absolutely be fixed asap, too broken not to be
