    Way to bullshit people around.
Xpac came out on November 23/24. I got exalted with Ve'nari on January 3. You have 3 dailies per day, 3 weeklies per week, the Wrath event is like 500 on its own, once revered you had later on you had 2 hunts per week which is another 1k. And all the lore items from Deciphering Death's Intentions which is on its own at least another thousand or two. There are MANY, MANY more ways to get rep with you than you are saying.

The most difficult thing for people to do is objectively look at something they don't like and be able to accept that it is not bad, that other people like it, and if it was changed to the way they'd like it that other people would not like it and want it changed back. The second most is to receive something they didn't want or ask for and be grateful for it, not immediately demand what they wanted instead.

You have completely misunderstood my problem. My problem was with being forced into a certain type of single player content that I did not like. i prefer group stuff.

If all you can come up with is lrn2play - then you have no better idea on how to solve the problem than a brick.

Here they are: regular Torghast L8: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0v8-8eu0Xw&t and TC L8 endboss (which is the hardest part about TC): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqQsXpZIVMs

You got proven wrong plenty of times, still stubborn. If you get oneshot, it's because you stand in shit you are not supposed to stay inside - and that's a "you" problem, not blizzards fault.

Someone up thread tried to compare what I was running into with the Torghast Floor Bosses to leveling in that both are usually 1 on 1. Well in leveling a dps character ime your movement is mostly "don't stand in the fire" and other than that it's a dps race. Interrupts and CC are rare and there are a lot of other buttons that you just plain don't use much. I had to use those other buttons on those two, move a lot, and avoid as much as possible buttons that took a long time to cast. That's way different from leveling.

Its easy... hit lfg start group and get ppl. I've done it on a 190 ilvl druid and formed a group and 40 minutes later done with the run. Dont be lazy and this is coming from a casual. It makes me still wonder how groups can sell torghast runs since there so easy

The 2 characters have very different situations. Something has happened with the S. Priest this expansion and I can't play it right. It kept dying so f'ing easy while leveling that I was ready to pull the plug irrespective of Torghast . But I'm stubborn so I'll finish the campaign if I can but I suspect this character is going to be retired after SL. The Mage leveled fine but after that damned Priest and with 5.3 more alts to level I refuse to put that much time in to it.

Point of Information: I don't pvp, raid or do Mythic +. Heroic 5's and collecting stuff is my limit.

As for Torghast, in general I despise it. It is very time consuming and there is no reason for that it to be involved in solo play which the Covenant Campaigns most certainly are. YMMV.
Your item level is extremely low even if you are only doing world content. While Torghast can be done at that level, if you gear up it will help you bridge the gap.

    Yeah, it's hard indeed.
Imagining that the game could be different, if one would just look stuff up before complaining, how could I!
I guess I'll stop going for below 30 min runs with my 185 mage, as this is actually not wanted by blizzard/not possible at all, as you say. Thanks bud!

Well, it's pretty funny (but kinda depressing, too) that he is so much into his opinion that it doesn't matter to him if there are actual videos of people doing the content solo he complains about. Some people are kinda weird, tho.

Kinda have to disagree with this a tiny bit. If you want to level efficiently, you actually use those buttons and move a lot. If you go one for one in the leveling process, it's really freakin slow (to each their own!), but the way I level is going way faster with mostly big and kinda deadly pulls if I slip up. It really depends on what your target is. But I'm a player that is playing the best he can, knowing everything possible about the class or spec he's playing. Whatever content I play, I always go fully into it. - this is obviously not a playstyle that everyone it going for and doesn't have to.

Yeah, I'm sorry but complainig about the story mode difficulty of Torghast is beyond retarded.

It's not harder than any other mandatory solo story scenario ingame, or rather I'd wager it's easier due to the increasing power than any of the class hall or order hall solo scenarios we had in the last six years. If you seriously have issues there then wow might not be the game for you, or rather I assume you are trolling.

160 is extremely low? Just yesterday I watched my wife completely destroy L5 and its boss with her ilvl 158 spriest all while casting with mouse through actionbar, mouse-turning and running with two buttons instead of strafing and doing rest of "I CBA to play properly after work stuff".

And I'm almost sure that quest-version is even easier than L1. Failing there at 160 is either complete incompatibility with playing WoW or trolling.

You can get up around ilvl 200 doing completely solo stuff now so yes, 160 is pretty low overall. Anyone below 195 or so really hasn't played the game for any substantial length of time at max-level.

Not for the scripted mandatory Torghast though, 160 should be fine for that.

Obviously you missed the posts where I talked about finishing the runs on both the S. Priest and the Mage. Frankly the original reason for the thread was the absolute shock that something that was required for the covenant campaign was something more than mundane leveling type play. That sort of thing hasn't come up in the past 13 years and I was rather flabbergasted. Once I realized that this was not normal day to day and that I needed to get off of auto-pilot it became doable.

You mentioned story scenarios. My experience with story scenarios in wow has been that 1) they are tourist mode and 2) they aren't solo in that there are NPC's , so not comparable imo.

At this point the only real problem I have is that for me this content is too time consuming for my large number of alts. Which is a shame because now that I know what the deal is I have to admit I kind of like the place. Well at low levels anyway.

Yeah this guy was going off in guild chat today about "Screw this game 19 deaths and I still don't get the loot etc etc" and I was on mobile so couldn't tell what he meant and assumed he was doing raids or m+......this guy was 170 ilvl complaining about that. My alts are 180-190 by their first reset assuming I get lucky with renown sources.

160 is below questing level and dungeon gear so yeah it is low. People can absolutely do it with that level of gear, but it isn't designed for the average player to do so and can easily be done with easy to obtain gear.
