(Retail) frost leveling question

Going to start this week a dk. Going frost dw spec.

For weapon enchant, should i use fallen crusader/razorice?

Fallen/elemental force or dual elemental force?

I mean, all other classes i leveled i used that enchant on weapon, it got a high proc chance and lot of damage.

Which is better?

Always. It gives the strongest boost you'll find in any enchants.
