Cap on secondary stats - BM hunt PVP

Where do i find explanation on cap in pvp.Im currently 220 ilvl with 29%vers 20% haste 19% mastery and 10% crit.Stats for pvp are vers>haste for BM atm.

Just look at top of ladder bm hunters and copy them? Dunno why would you need explanation on this.

Cap? what are u talking about? like soft caps and hard caps? if that's the case those are rarely used or acknowledged. Basically people now use stat weights which change dynamically with gear. You can check out a generalized stat weight pyramid on Bloodmallet.com or run your stat weights on raidbots or SIMC. If you need I can run a sim for you just let me know.
