Thank goodness John Leguizamo is too old (and thankfully no longer anywhere near as obnoxious) to repeat his performance in The Pest.

I personally find it refreshing the courtesy this professional displayed. Far too often there is no warning with a hitman and the grief ridden family also has to deal with the sudden shock on top of the loss.

So...uh...Gaetz thinks there's a hitman out to get him? And that the best idea is to talk about this on the House floor?

Do hitmen have public Twitter handles as a thing?
Yes, exactly, I am going to advertise my illegal activities on a public platform, FUCKING GENIUS. Matt Gaetz is fucked, and he is trying to do anything he can to get out of it.

    America is weird.
If you have R Kelly money you can pee on underage girls.
If you have Epstein money, you can buy an island for underage girls.
If you have Eddie Munster money it seems to only buy you a few underage whatsapp escorts.
    Capitalism is a crazy pimp.

I'm not sure -- if there was an eyewitness and a recording of me doing a crime, I'd plead out the second I got the chance. But yeah, if Greenberg taped things Gaetz was doing, holy shit, their relationship was toxic. Which I guess it had to be if they teamed up to rape children.

Electronic evidence in the sense that they used venmo to pay them and text messages talking about it. AFAIK, no videos of the acts themselves, though I wouldn't absolutely rule out the possibility of it existing.

After I hit submit I thought, yeah, the most effective way to keep your partner from ratting you out is to have evidence he committed the same crime.

I am kind of looking forward to the on-the-stand depiction of the Venmo payments. Could be comedy gold, if it wasn't about raping children.

    Todd Gee? 5head is cooked.

Doesn't have anything to do with the investigation, but want to add more to the pile of how big of a moron this dude is.

It's not like he's practiced anything law-related recently. You know, doing interviews while under investigation which would be the opposite of what most lawyers would ever tell you. He's remarkably unproductive on the legislative front too.

Probably prepping for his trial/potential jail time by saving himself a little bit of cash for one last rager.

Yeah I guess if prison was imminent in my future, I'd use that 175 dollars to remain in good standing with the bar, and instead get a few bottles of Johnny Walker gold label, go ham.

Looks like someone ran to the ATM.

"Whoa! Why did you post his address?"

Um...he's the one that posted it. In public. I'm just showing you.

While I won't ever condone anyone sending anything to anyone unexpected, I can predict he will receive a lot of random stuff in the mail.

I think his address was already a matter of public record so anyone who wanted to find it out could already do so. Just so long as he doesn't get more underage girls sent to his house.

Well, you would figure that he wouldn't want it out there broadcasted due to the fact, if you go by Gaetz, that there is an assassin coming after him.

Ah yes, the supposed professional assassin that announced his intent on Twitter. Because that's a thing. If criminal stupidity were actually punishable he'd be in prison breaking rocks with that fivehead of his.

Don't you know? That is how all the cool kids do these things these days. They announce EVERYTHING on Twitter. Ask the previous president. Oh wait, you can't.

Wait till people find out about these things called "phone books", where your address and phone number and name were all publicly posted and distributed to nearly everyone in the city.

They still exist, they've just gone digital to save on printing.

People got fuckin' weird about things like addresses the last decade or so, while simultaneously liveblogging their colonoscopies on Facebook. I don't get it.
