Best in slot legendary crafting

Monk WW is best in slot for back. Any reason for that specific gear slot?

I'm no expert on Monk, but I'm going to put money on the fact that the other possible slots (Helm, shoulders) are both slots that have domination sockets in the new raid.

You can't craft legendary to helm, shoulders, chest, gloves or boots because those slots have domination sockets.

You can craft them for those slots, you just will lose a domination socket when doing so.

Do you raid? If you do not raid and can't get domination gear craft whatever slot you like. If you raid: cloak it is.
