It's possible that this will open the door for exclusive mounts and titles, as per PvP rating. That's a good thing for M+, though, as it further solidifies its place in the game.

Obviously, when people link toxicity with RIO they are just talking about nobody picking their 300 character to a +15...

Bad players with no friends expect to be carried by people they don't know, RIO filters this and they hate it.

oh god could you imagine a queu system for M+
imagine how toxic people wil be if you dont time the key itd be like losing a ranked league or ow match and even in those games sometimes you have like a high rated player whos legit boosted (because m+ boosting is like a huge thing atm) and getting those people when you just wanna finish a 15 key.. premades only

I'm hugely disappointed with Blizzard. This idea is absolutely obvious since early days of M+ and wowprogress score. It should've been implemented in 7.2, not 4 years later. They are as slow as molasses.

That's correct. There should've been autogrouping system based on M+ score in 7.3. One could only guess how many years will it take for Blizzard to realize and implement it.

M+ content is not too difficult. You can overgear M+2 from daily quests alone, there's no reason for M+2 to be difficult with proper gear. It is challenging and not for everyone, but that's OK.

Now I don't believe that it will be realistic to move up to M+20 using autogroup system. That's where stuff is getting too hard and M+ score filtering alone is not enough, you need a proper composition, you should check logs, history for every participant. So there are natural limits of autogroup system. But that's OK too. M+15 should be possible for dedicated players (probably closer to end of the season) and that's what matters.

Just to clarify, I'm absolutely sure that with autogroup, manual grouping will be a thing. Actually most meta-specs players probably will prefer manual grouping, as they don't have issues with long waiting time, so autogroup will be mostly for those who're not accepted in manual grouping. And that'll make autogrouping even more challenging. But that's OK as well in my opinion.
