Graphic Card fans go full power, with second Monitor.

    Hi everybody,

I just got a new Monitor and now am using the old one for a Dual Monitor setup, both are 24 inches. However after a short while of just doing nothing or just having music playing in the background my GPU fans go full power.
The CPU, case fans stay at their normal idle speed and accoarding to task manager the cpu, ram, ssds, nvm are just idleing with 2%ish. So their really is no reason why the fans should be going full speed.
I checked my Event viewer logs and their are no Warnings or errors.

The new Monitor is connected with Display Port the old one by DVI. My Graphic Card drivers are all up to date and I tried using a older version.

    My specs are

    Ram: 16 gb.
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5, 2600.
Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070.
The OS is running on a NVMe.

Can anyone think of anything that is causing this?

Found a solution and it is strange. I got no idea how or why it works.

I switched the plugs around on my Chassis fans on the Mainboard.

Chassis fan1 went from Mainboard Fan Plug 1 to Fan Plug2, and Fan2 now is in Mainboard fan Plug1.
