they cant, too much bullsh1t is currently in the game, and the pace of the gameplay is totally different

someday wotlk will come and we all will be free of all those daily sub generating systems (if u wont sub ur behind so u keep subbing)

correct. Blood Elf or Dranei need to level up from scratch , at least at the start.

The boost is I think to 58 so that you can jump straight into Outland, for people who can't be arsed to play Classic before hand. And yeah no belf and draenei
