    Classic API function for vanity pet dismissal

    I'm looking at writing an addon to handle dismissing vanity pets in classic/TBC. Is this possible? I'm struggling with DismissCompanion(), I'm guessing because it was added in 3.0 so it's not supported in Classic. I was hoping GetNamePlateForUnit() could be used, but no nameplates on vanity pets...
