I believe it's capped at 42 this week, and likely will be +2 each week thereafter (edit: as others have pointed out below it looks like we'll get 3 each week starting next week). So for now you get your renown from the 1000 anima quest and then the Korthia/Maw weekly quest.

It's only 2 this week (1k anima, korthia weekly) from next week it's 3 until 60. 1 from 1k anima weekly, 1 from korthia weekly and 1 from campaign chapter.

There's covenant quests starting next week, which will probably also reward one, so 3 each week

Speaking of, on the PTR wasn't there a anima reward increase for regular world quests at renown 42? I see nothing on live though.
