LF Recommendation for a PCI Bluetooth card

Would like to give my desktop computer (Windows 10) Bluetooth capability so I can use a nice pair of bluteooth headphones instead of wired headphones. LF recommendations for good ones. Thank you in advance.

When googling 4 letters is asking too much fact-checking.

Why not a USB one? They don't really need the bandwith of PCI-E.

Look how small these things are...

Tried one and it was awful. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Because I'm not looking for "info." I'm asking for recommendations from you, the community. How hard is it to give a recommendation on a brand or product you support and recommend?

Those in the picture is generally for mice and they tend to suck.
Honestly, pci-e for the bluetooth is gonna be a very rare thing and i doubt many here can give you any recommendation.
Mine would be to just buy a proper usb bluetooth dongle but dont cheap out on those 10-15 bucks. Spend 50-75. Research before depending on your actual use for it.
    Some will have better compatibility/drivers.
