Is HOTS really dead?

I don't know how Blizzards lost MOBA market to other so badly. HoTS have so many advantages for casual players imo.

It's just another victim of many things the trainwreck president J Allen Brack did in his tenure.

You got:

- HOTS killed
- Warcraft 3 reforged releasing broken, unfinished
- Shadowlands almost killing WOW
- Starcraft 2 development killed
- RTS team disbanded
- Blizzard Classic disbanded
- Overwatch 2 gutted from it's original plan into what it is now
- Diablo Immortal

New patch. And based on current speculation (from Grubby), it might be possible that we could see HOTS getting ready to be put up on Steam. If true, maybe it'll get some other updates beyond just balance patching.

Wouldn't exactly say they're happy. The game's been in maintenance mode and damage control for years.

Thats BS, WoW doing good and its far away from mainteance mode. How even people come to such conclusions? I know on this forum most people are to bash everything Blizzard do but the reality is WoW is making them big monies and other games too.
