Are there any abilities that Blizz forgot to lock out during the cinematic? Like when resto druids could get mana back on Vezax back in Ulduar? I doubt they got 100% of every ability to stop.

Also, I noticed my EXRT cooldowns kept going down on my raid frames for a normal sylvanas kill, but a CD I personally had (my ghoul) did not. Does this mean that EXRT is gonna say things are up when they are not up?
