its gona be 3 lvls lowers. so to get a 15 u need to finish 18 this week in time

What new mythic keystone level would have the same amount of mob/boss health and damage as a current 15?
Raid bosses will always be very similar so long as encounter design requires DPS to always be pumping 100%.

You need to time 18 otherwise it will be 18-1-3=14
