Questions regard building some healthy eating habbits
Hello Everyone
I always had a strange 'relationship' with food, it's not medical, I start to think its more of a mental problem, I reached an age where I realize I need to focus more on my diet, and me been a very picky eater is something that always holds me back, I have the following problems that I don't know how to 'fix'
Some certain smells trigger a gag reaction(puking) to the point where I puke, fish and usually cooking meat
Bones or texture like bones in my mouth always trigger a gag reaction
Fats from meat and similar taste/textures do the same
How do i fix this frustrating gag reaction I have if i try to eat/smell something that I'm not familiar, anyone has the same issues? i reach a point where this start to get frustrating, i would love to try to eat fish/beef etc, and improve my health
