Guys. Lets not overreact.
It seems that nowadays everyone is psycho for saying a sex joke.

Sex jokes on their own are fine by me.

That said, they have become inappropriate in an office environment or at corporate functions, even conventions. Maybe employment is better for that, maybe not. I tend to think it is better if only because it's so easy for that sort of thing to get out of hand. Most of my work has been in professional IT shops and the norms in many of them have changed a lot over the last 10 years or so.

I would say it extends beyond politics. Nearly any topic nowadays gets broken into 2 sides and turned into a false dillema, and if you're not in either side you are disliked by both.

Don't know if it's more prevalent in US vs Europeans, but you can see it online every day in things as meaningless as discussions about the state of the game here, where you're either defending or attacking Blizzard, and if you disagree with anyone in either of those positions they immediately assume you are from the "other team" and that you fully defend everything that "side" defends.

Which I find esepcially hillarious because its usually the people that want to break all forms of binaries that literally turn every argument or political stance into a pure black or white/right or wrong binary with no space in between.

From a strictly political point of view, few countries have the partisan divide that the US enjoys. Coalition governments and generally more smeared political allegiances are commonplace elsewhere, but whether or not that makes for a more effective form of governance is a matter for debate. As for gaming and culture war wedge issues in particular; yes, I agree with you. Exhausting, isn't it?

What difference does it make? The existence of the Cosby Suite is pointless either way.

It makes no difference to the confirmation that sexual harassment was an issue at Blizzard and it's something that needs to be sorted.

YOu missed my point entirely and I do know about the 1st Amendment. My point is that the Democrats can't regulate speech themselves, so they have Twitter and Facebook do it for them. The founders of both are heavy donators to the Dems, so they will take down speech the Dems tell them too. Since it is Twitter and Facebook doing it, no first amendment violation. Dems now have the power to regulate speech and silence anyone who disagrees with them, hence a work around the 1st Amendment.
