If you take a look, it's a meme setup with radiant spark for +40% damage combined with a 3s cast time skill. You had 4.5s to dispel it or CC the mage, or if you couldn't do either, pop a defensive.

Of course it's still stupid, but honestly, just regular levels of stupid burst (or as some people say, "fast-paced gameplay") in this expansion. Which many people apparently like.

This is all you had to say. If a frost mage has time to setup radiant spark, build the spark AND get a VERY EASY TO SEE long-ass cast time ability off.. that person deserves the massive damage, and the person getting hit deserves to get one shot.

It is like yelling "IM CHARGIN MAH LAZERBEAM" as loud as you can and then the person you are hitting being surprised that a charged lazer beam hit them when they didn't move or defend themselves.

Monks have a talent that increases the damage done of spinning crane kick by 200%
so combined with storm earth and fire to get even more damage on spinning crane kick you get those kind of situations

i have the best possible gear a BM hunter can have, Full sockets, full 252 conduits and the highest kill shot i've ever gotten was 21k on a mistweaver monk at like 1400 CR when i was doing a carry. I don't think 50k kill shots are possible unless the person has like 0 vers lol
