Losing Xmog

So I have renowned explorer xmog, and randomly some days i log in and its just not there anymore, and its not available in my xmog list, then a few days later it comes back, what the H is happening here?

That's happened a few times with the xmogs/mounts that you get from out-of-game sources. Your best bet is probably to just open a ticket when it happens, and then be patient. /shrug

This is a necro, but I've finally got proof of me losing mogs. I know for a fact I had the mace from Cata ZG and the mace from Grim Batol, because I used them for most of Cataclysm because I mostly abandoned my Paladin in Cata. But today, I do not have them, and I've absolutely still got my Paladin, it's my oldest character.
