Will "casual" players defend blizzards next expansion feature?

Casual players are playing FFXIV

I can't see why they wouldn't. I'm only playing wow for mythic. Even I'm tempted by the siren call of ff. It just needs to be harder. Though that does come with a worry that if they start to make ff to appeal to me....will that bring about its destruction?

All I really want is wow without systems... to go back to the days of leveling a alt and getting into harder content in a week without needing choreghast, ap, etc.

I just want what I had again..
