Maybe I am missing something but Blade Flurry is still AoE capped according to the 9.1.5 developper note. Meaning our attacks still won't do anything to 5+ targets.... or did I miss something?

I mean, they will... they'll just play Subtlety. Which they already do. Outlaw without target cap is not going to be more busted than Subtlety without target cap.

Sadly, it's still capped. You'll have to look somewhere else for better AoE output.
