if it would be in bc then yes but if you have problems to gater 22k in SL then i dont know what to say lol i spend 40k for a day of M+ and 80 -120k a raid day in progress

Eh, not really?

It is in Shadowlands, so 22.000 gold is not really that much of a price for a flavour item without much use than the curious mind, 22.000 was even easy to get in Wrath of the Lich King.

Naw, @Darsithis is quite correct. The item is not available anymore. The NPC is available but due to level changes, his level is not 69 anymore either, but 30.

The book has most likely been removed due to the questionable content of the 'documents' within.
