I have over fifty 7500xp clickables from missions over the past couple of weeks. Started saving them up in preparation for switching covenants. No joke, 50. A bunch of 3000XP tokens too. So, no.

Keep in mind that XP missions are worth like 9000XP (across multiple followers). And those XP missions cost like 30 anima to run.

Honestly, I'm not sure I would buy 10k XP tokens if they cost 100 anima.
