Seems like Kherson isn't the only place Ukraine is attacking. They are also reportedly advancing all over the place, near Kharkiv, Izyum and elsewhere.

Russian milibloggers seem to have gone into Baldric mode.

I hope they don't overstretch themselves. It would be a shame if they get this far only to lose it due to spreading too thin. But the millbloggers are 'trusting' the cunning plan? Like trumptards did?

There are some still going on about cunning plans, about how Russia actually wants to drag out the war by only using 1st gen rather than 3rd gen gear etc. Actually, I got my classic British shows mixed up (its what happens when you post at 2am after getting up to deal with asthma). It was actually Lance Corporal Jones from Dad's Army and his 'don't panic' mantra I was thinking of. There is a LOT of that at the moment.

The other day, Russian channels were full of clips showing what they claimed was the aftermath of a failed Ukrainian SpecOps raid on the nuclear power plant. At the time everyone thought it was staged by the Russians, as there was no blood, no wounds, the bodies were posed Hollywood style, soldiers had wads of US dollar bills in cash, were wearing Blackwater patches etc.

The Ukrainians have now just released the full clip, showing the 'dead' soldiers getting up at the end. (Or maybe they were just biolab zombies like Russia claims.) Seems the Ukrainians made the clip themselves, leaked part of it to the Russians - and they fell for it hook, line and sinker.

So that's what that was. I saw the video while scrolling through Reddit, didn't really read the headline, figured it was more war-porn and moved on. Still grains of salt and all, but if true that's absolutely hilarious that the Russias are so incompetent they didn't shut off the recording to tell the soldiers playing dead to get up.

He literally armed Ukrainians with excellent Turkish drones that kept shrecking orcs (and sank Moscow). Ukraine is like, Turkey biggest importer (or something) but Russia is also valuable to them (for now). He tries to play both sides, and it seems it's time to lean towards Putler a little.

Exactly, outside of HIMARS the Turkish Bayraktar drones may well be the most impactful weapons that Ukraine received.

A Ukrainian hacking group got a bunch of fake social media accounts of hot Russian women, who were asking for hot Russian soldiers to post pictures of themselves, in uniform, outside, near landmarks.

The Ukrainian online news site Ukrainian Pravda reported last month that there was an explosion at a large Russian military base in Melitopol, citing its mayor, Ivan Fedorov.

Yeah, the hackers found out where they were from the pictures and gave it to the Ukraine military, who blew them the fuck up.

"The Russians, they always want to fuck," Knysh told the FT. "They send [a] lot of shit to 'girls,' to prove that they are warriors."

Once the soldiers sent pictures, the hackers were able to identify that they had been taken from a remote Russian military base near occupied Melitopol in southern Ukraine.

We've also heard that Russia is buying ammo from North Korea. North Korea, as North Korea has said, has the best weapons in the entire universe, meaning there's a negative billionty percent chance even a single one will fail.
