I personally am going to great lengths in order to ensure that I'm living here but am not collaborating with the invaders. I expect DPR supporters to flee en masse when the time comes, but if some get caught, I won't advocate releasing them.

My brother in Christ Russia's mobilized army has no supplies and next to no training and is resorting to ancient tanks because all their good shit has already been lost or embezzled into uselessness. Ukraine's been punching through Russain lines for weeks, took out the core over-land supply road into Crimea and is pretty much steamrolling the war on NATO's leftovers.

I don't live in Europe or Russia so I can't speak to the quality of life but you can't seriously look at the statistics of the War itself and think Russia's coming out ahead.
