Seconding that. Nation bashing is a forbidden topic. Russia has done a lot lately to deserve hate and it is awfully convenient in casual conversation to just project that to Russians, but please be more discerning in your discourse. Casually speaking of the Russians as a proxy of Russia is not the same as going out of your way and emphasise your unflattering opinion of all Russians.

Way to miss the entire point. Nobody is saying that we should deport all russians. We're saying that those with dual russia/X citizenship should be forced to give up one or the other. If they like to live in Finland so much, they don't need the russian passport.

Wagner's leader is so desperate to get a one-up over the official Russian military that he will not stop until either Wagner is gone or Bakmut (SP) is taken. This is more a Russian power play at home more than anything else.

Get some fucking perspective my guy. We live in a globalized world. It's not going back unless every technology discovered in the last 200 years vanishes. I spent a portion of my life living almost exclusively in a nation that wasn't my native nation for years due to work. The politics there directly affected me, but I wasn't able to do anything about it. Many other people will spend half their time in one nation and half their time in another. When you're able to travel to the literal other side of the planet in 16 hours, people are gonna move around a lot. Get over it.

Of course, but there's a not insignificant chance that the moderate faction wins purely because that brings stability back and will lead to resumption of trade.

I don't need to get over it. And people like you are part of the problem. Once you install a world government what you say is true. Until then this is just your opinion. And dual citizenships are a bad idea just as statelessness is. For actually pretty much similar reasons, too. Legal uncertainty, unforseen consequences and the likes.

Russian troops are spending winter being trained at local airsoft clubs, begging to get gear so they dont freeze and begging for food.

Ukranian troops are getting trained in NATO countries (special forces in USA) and getting top notch gear.
